Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat and pour balsamic vinegar and honey into the pan.
- Add minced garlic and simmer, flipping chicken occasionally, until the glaze thickens and the chicken is cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
