Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, brush with honey and soy sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a different sweet undertone.
