- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- For the Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining warm milk and a teaspoon of sugar, sprinkling yeast on top, and letting sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, egg, and yeast mixture. Stir until dough begins to form, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Gently fold in fresh raspberries. Roll out dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar and raspberries evenly over it.
- Tightly roll the dough from the longer side into a log. Slice into 12 pieces and arrange in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Prepare the lemon glaze by whisking powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.

- Use fresh, ripe raspberries for best flavor and appearance.
- For a gooier consistency, add extra lemon juice to the glaze.
- You can prepare the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate overnight before baking.
