Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
