- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, green)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss sliced chicken and vegetables with olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven, squeeze lime juice over the fajitas, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can add sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings like sour cream or shredded cheese.
