- 4 cups of cubed croissants
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the croissant cubes evenly in the dish, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants, pressing gently to soak.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm with fresh berries.
Notes
For an extra rich flavor, use dark chocolate. You can prepare this the night before and refrigerate overnight before baking. Serve with whipped cream or extra berries for added delight.
