Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mayo mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, shredded chicken, avocado slices, and cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
- Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
