- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach and green onions, mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

- You can substitute cooked turkey or any cooked shredded meat.
- For added flavor, sprinkle with your favorite herbs or hot sauce.
