Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp cowboy butter (or high-quality unsalted butter with spices)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: chopped jalapeños for extra spice
Instructions

- Add remaining cowboy butter to the same pan, sauté garlic, smoked paprika, and chili powder until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and is creamy.
- Return cooked chicken to the sauce, add cooked linguine, and toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Notes
- Use high-quality butter and fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust spice level with chili powder and jalapeños as desired.
- Adding sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or spinach can boost nutrition.
- For extra creaminess, stir in a little cream cheese during sauce preparation.
