Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers, crushed
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
  4. Let cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with cinnamon powder if desired.
