- 200g graham crackers, crushed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with cinnamon powder if desired.
