- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare all ingredients by slicing chicken, bell peppers, and onions into strips.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a spice blend.
- Toss half of the spice mixture with chicken strips and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large bowl. Toss bell peppers and onions with the remaining olive oil and spice blend separately.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken, peppers, and onions evenly on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from oven, squeeze lime juice over the fajitas, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with warm tortillas and desired toppings.
