Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza crust

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: thinly sliced lemon rounds for extra citrus flair
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the lemon sauce.
- Spread the lemon mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the topped dough. Add sliced lemon rounds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh, high-quality lemons for the best flavor.
- Optional toppings like red pepper flakes or capers can add extra flavor and texture.
- Thin crust works best to keep the lemon flavors fresh and balanced.
- You can experiment with cheeses like ricotta or goat cheese for variation.
