Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix honey and lime juice in a bowl. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Brush chicken with honey lime mixture and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mash the avocado and stir into cooked rice to create creamy avocado rice.
- Serve grilled honey lime chicken atop the avocado rice, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
