- 16 cocktail sausages
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 8 strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
- Arrange wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
