  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
