  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grease the grill grates slightly and place skewers on the grill.
