- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

- Olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Season steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
- Continue cooking, spooning the garlic butter over the steaks for 2-3 minutes, until cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove steaks from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with drizzled garlic herb butter.
