- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 small onion, diced

- Fresh cilantro and sliced jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Stir in diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add shredded cheese and milk or cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and jalapeños, with tortilla chips.
