- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced

- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- In a bowl, toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling onto each crust circle.
- Fold the crust over the filling to form a half-moon shape and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute store-bought crust for convenience.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce.
