Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, to create garlic butter.
- Add the cooked chicken breast to the skillet with garlic butter. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on each for extra creaminess. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly on the tortillas, then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella and optional cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked or leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add sliced bell peppers or onions inside the wrap for extra flavor and crunch.
- For a crispier texture, grill the wraps until golden and slightly charred.
