- Slider buns

- Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
- Fry chicken until crispy and golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Assemble sliders by placing lettuce and cucumbers on the buns, topped with spicy chicken.
