Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix peaches, raspberries, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Spread evenly into the dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
