- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- Additional Oreo crumbs and strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust.
- Top with diced strawberries and additional Oreo crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
