Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dip shrimp into beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar over low heat until combined.
- Toss fried shrimp in the honey sauce until evenly coated.
- Arrange shrimp on a serving plate, sprinkle roasted walnuts on top, and garnish with herbs.
