- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Mix remaining batter with a teaspoon of cinnamon and swirl into the first layer.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and banana flavor.
