- 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Fresh berries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place torn croissants evenly in the dish, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants, pressing down slightly to soak.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with berries and mint before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or milk chocolate for sweetness.
