- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for a leaner option.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
