- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
- Divide the lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers evenly onto each tortilla.
- Top with the sweet chili chicken slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
