- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and honey. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While meatballs bake, combine rice vinegar and chili paste in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Once baked, toss meatballs in the sauce or brush with it, then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped herbs.

- Adjust spiciness by varying chili paste or sriracha amount.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
