Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil; cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, toss well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for spice or a squeeze of lime for acidity. Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free option.
