- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and diced red onions on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- You can add sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
- Use leftover grilled chicken for quicker prep.
