Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet.
- Coat chicken strips in cornstarch, then fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the spicy sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the bowls by placing shredded lettuce in each serving dish.
- Top with the coated chicken and sliced green onions.
