- 1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup marinara sauce or your favorite pasta sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the loaf of bread horizontally and hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch border.
- Mix minced garlic with olive oil and salt, then spread evenly over the inside of both bread halves.
- Place the hollowed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook spaghetti pasta until al dente, then drain and toss with marinara sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese to create the filling.
- Spoon the spaghetti mixture into the hollowed bread, then top with grated Parmesan and Italian herbs.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers to customize the filling.
- For a meat version, include cooked sausage or grilled chicken.
- Reheat leftovers in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to regain crispness.
