Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef or Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in broken lasagna noodles. Cover and cook until noodles are tender.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
