  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sliced beef on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, then add to the slow cooker.
