- 4 French rolls

Instructions
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the roast in the slow cooker and add beef broth and soy sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until meat is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred or slice it, and return to the slow cooker to soak in the juices.
- Toast the French rolls lightly, then pile the beef onto the bread.
- Serve with a bowl of warm au jus for dipping and optional cheese or onions.
