Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 20 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in sliced onions and bell peppers; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and five-spice; toss everything to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy fried onions for crunch.
