Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat pork chops dry and sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the pork chops and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, spooning the glaze over the meat, until cooked through and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more brown sugar if desired.
