- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup vegan shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan puff pastry or dough on a floured surface.
- Spread vegan cheese evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with bell peppers, olives, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, then cut into 1-inch slices.
- Arrange slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

- Feel free to add your favorite veggies like mushrooms or spinach.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked fresh when needed.
