Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce in a bowl. Pour over chicken and cook until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve the glazed chicken over cooked rice, topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Add vegetables if desired.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy and honey before cooking.
