- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for gravy)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the gravy.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for a complete meal.
