Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, stir in the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the gravy.
