Ingredients
- 1 sheet of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cooked pepperoni slices or diced ham
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- ¼ cup chopped black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Optional toppings include chopped fresh basil, red chili flakes, or crushed red pepper for extra flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a cupcake or muffin tin with olive oil.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut into small circles or squares that fit into muffin cups. Press into the muffin tins, forming small cups or tart shells.
- Layer the fillings in each dough cup: start with shredded mozzarella, then add slices of pepperoni or ham, diced bell peppers, black olives, and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use mini muffin tins for smaller bites.
- Customize toppings with mushrooms, onions, or jalapeños.
- Brush the dough with olive oil before baking for extra crispiness.
- Prepare the filling ahead of time to streamline assembly.
