Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing well to coat in sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
