- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bites
- 4 large potatoes, diced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef bites into the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Add minced garlic and diced potatoes around the beef.
- Melt butter and pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of beef broth or onion powder. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
