- 2 lbs cooked shredded chicken

Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter; cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot with fresh herbs.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- For extra flavor, add diced carrots or celery along with the potatoes.
