- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or balsamic reduction.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh garden salad.
