  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
