- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness preference.
