Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss to coat evenly, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped herbs if desired.
Notes
Adjust soy sauce for saltiness, add chili flakes for heat, or top with sesame seeds for extra texture.
