- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Optional: chopped jalapenos or diced peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and half of the shredded cheeses.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can add diced jalapenos for extra spice.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables for dipping.
